SECTION 5 - TRADING CARDS AND COLLECTABLES

Trading cards and collectables may vary in condition.

Where a card is sold as raw, ungraded or otherwise without a professional grade, any description of its condition represents our reasonable assessment only and does not guarantee that the card will achieve any particular grade if later submitted to a third-party grading company.

Manufacturing defects, print lines, centring, surface imperfections, edge wear, corner wear and other characteristics may exist even in cards sold as new or removed directly from sealed products.

Where photographs of an individual card are provided, customers should review the photographs carefully before purchasing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee the future value, resale value, investment performance or grading outcome of any trading card or collectable.

SECTION 6 - GRADING SUBMISSION SERVICES

Where OneSix offers third-party grading submission services, OneSix acts as an intermediary between the customer and the applicable grading company.

By submitting cards through OneSix, you authorise us to receive, handle, package and send your cards to the relevant third-party grading provider on your behalf.

Grading decisions are made entirely by the grading company. OneSix has no control over the grade, label, authentication result or other assessment issued.

Any estimated turnaround time provided by OneSix or the grading provider is an estimate only. Turnaround times may change due to shipping, customs, grading company workloads or other circumstances outside our control.

OneSix does not guarantee:

a particular grade;
a minimum grade;
that a card will receive a grade;
that a card will be authenticated;
a specific turnaround time; or
an increase in the value of a card following grading.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied with a submission is accurate.

Cards submitted to OneSix should be packaged appropriately and in accordance with any submission instructions provided by us.

OneSix will take reasonable care when handling customer property.

To the extent permitted by law, OneSix is not responsible for loss, damage or delays caused by third-party grading companies, postal providers, couriers, customs authorities or other third parties outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 7 - ORDERS AND BILLING INFORMATION

We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel orders where reasonably necessary.

This may include orders affected by:

- incorrect pricing;

- stock discrepancies;

- suspected fraud;

- payment failure;

- system errors; or

- suspected unauthorised resale or misuse.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

You agree to provide complete, accurate and current information when placing an order.

You are responsible for ensuring your email address, shipping address, contact information and payment information are correct.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, except where required by law.

Where OneSix offers gift cards, gift cards will be subject to the validity period required under Australian law.

Unless otherwise required by law, gift cards:

cannot be redeemed for cash;
cannot be refunded for change of mind;
may only be used through the channels specified when purchased; and
remain subject to any additional conditions displayed when issued.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

SECTION 25 - CURRENCY AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless another currency is selected or displayed.

Where currency conversion is provided through Shopify or another third-party service, exchange rates may be determined by that provider.

Your bank or payment provider may apply separate international transaction fees, currency conversion fees or exchange rates.

OneSix is not responsible for fees separately charged by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
